Don't move any really heavy objects 3 days before the trip and throw out your back so bad that breathing is an act of sheer pain requiring a back brace, 4 Advil (and later Aleve), and a generous application of Ben-Gay. The slightest movement caused back spasms so fierce my nuts retreated into my bladder.
