Plow is off.

Oil and Filter Changed.

Now I have to decide if I'm going to buy a brake kit and take it with me or just swap them out now. They have got to be getting close.

do it now. you won't feel like doing it once you get down there. plus, if anything goes wrong or breaks or parts get lost it will be easier to find replacements here.

After last years trip I had to tighten up the adjusters quite a bit on the front. As far as I know they are the original brakes (almost 1000miles).

It difficult to see how much is left without pulling the whole thing apart.

the drum brakes are more difficult to change than discs. another reason to do it now.
