I can't figure out what this guy was doing that would cause his machine to lean like that. I wonder if one of his tires was flat?

ouch.

he was leaning to the left and when he noticed he was heading off the road he must have really really overcompensated. you're right though, a flat tire could have contributed. he yanked on the bars and the tire rolled and the rim caught the pavement.

Here's my theory. I think he was reaching into his pant pocket with one hand and while his hand was stuck for a split second his other hand pulled on the bars.
